Лузанов</copyright-holder></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://innoscience.ru/0033-8494/article/view/650736">https://innoscience.ru/0033-8494/article/view/650736</self-uri><abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It was shown for the first time that when nickel is deposited onto a heated gallium antimonide substrate, diffusion of antimony atoms from the substrate into the growing film occurs and a nickel antimonide film is formed, which has an axial texture with an axis perpendicular to the film plane along the (101) direction.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p id="idm45257552455360">Впервые показано, что при осаждении никеля на нагретую подложку из антимонида галлия возникает диффузия атомов сурьмы из подложки в растущую пленку и образуется пленка антимонида никеля, обладающая аксиальной текстурой с осью, перпендикулярной плоскости пленки вдоль направления (101).</p></trans-abstract><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Kobayashi H., Kageshima M., Kimura N. et al. // J. Magn.
