It is shown that the solutions have hysteresis properties. Differential equations for a single vibrator on bipolar transistors are derived and their numerical solutions are found.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Получены численные решения дифференциальных уравнений для триггера на биполярных транзисторах при наличии внешнего воздействия. Показано, что решения обладают гистерезисными свойствами.
