The phenomenon of “covert cognition” was described with their help. This review highlights studies on the detection of “covert cognition” in patients with DOC using functional magnetic resonance imaging. Most types of passive and active paradigms used for this purpose are analyzed and systematized. Special attention is paid to an integrated approach with a combination of different paradigms and research methods. The importance of detecting the phenomenon of “covert cognition” for the neurorehabilitation of patients with DOC is emphasized.</p>
Подчеркивается значимость выявления феномена “скрытого сознания” для нейрореабилитации пациентов с ХНС.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>consciousness</kwd><kwd>chronic disorders of consciousness</kwd><kwd>vegetative state</kwd><kwd>unresponsive wakefulness syndrome</kwd><kwd>minimally conscious state</kwd><kwd>covert cognition</kwd><kwd>cognitive motor dissociation</kwd><kwd>functional magnetic resonance imaging</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>сознание</kwd><kwd>хронические нарушения сознания</kwd><kwd>вегетативное состояние</kwd><kwd>синдром ареактивного бодрствования</kwd><kwd>состояние минимального сознания</kwd><kwd>“скрытое сознание”</kwd><kwd>когнитивно-моторное разобщение</kwd><kwd>функциональная магнитно-резонансная томография</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Белкин В.А.
