The patients were divided into 3 groups. In the first group, the patients were administered a combined treatment, including the arthrolysis of the joint, the imposition of a dynamic distraction apparatus, the injection of hyaluronic acid preparations and platelet-rich plasma. The second group of patients underwent the arthrolysis of the joint and the application of the apparatus. The third group underwent only arthrolysis.</p> <p><bold>Results. </bold>The results of the study indicated the effectiveness of all three methods of treatment. However, in the first group where the combined treatment was used, the registered improvement in the angles of joint function and a decrease in pain were significant, which ultimately led to better functional indices of the hand and a shorter treatment period.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель</bold> – изучить эффективность комбинированного лечения контрактур проксимального межфалангового сустава.</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы.</bold> Для исследования отобраны 30 пациентов с диагнозом «посттравматическая смешанная контрактура проксимального межфалангового сустава кисти». Пациенты разделены на 3 группы. Первая группа получала комбинированное лечение, включающее в себя артролиз сустава, наложение динамического дистракционного аппарата, введение препаратов гиалуроновой кислоты и плазмы, обогащенной тромбоцитами. Во второй группе проводился артролиз сустава и наложение аппарата. В третьей группе выполнялся только артролиз.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Полученные результаты свидетельствуют об эффективности всех трех методик лечения, однако в группе, где проводилось комбинированное лечение, достоверно наблюдалось улучшение углов функции сустава и снижение болей, что в конечном итоге приводило к лучшим функциональным показателям кисти и сокращению сроков лечения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>proximal interphalangeal joint contractures</kwd><kwd>dynamic external fixation apparatus</kwd><kwd>platelet-rich plasma</kwd><kwd>hyaluronic acid</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>контрактуры проксимального межфалангового сустава</kwd><kwd>динамический аппарат внешней фиксации</kwd><kwd>плазма</kwd><kwd>обогащенная тромбоцитами</kwd><kwd>гиалуроновая кислота</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Pang EQ, Yao J.
