Aim - to perform a critical review of the main provisions of the Rome IV consensus on functional gastroduodenal disorders (FGD). Showing current understanding of the pathogenesis, classification, diagnosis and treatment of FGD. Conclusion. FGD diagnosis and treatment process consists of various stages, is quite expensive, requiring the involvement of doctors of various specialties. Perform each stage of diagnosis and treatment must be justified and focused on the patient. FGD therapy is timeconsuming and requires effort from both the physician and the patient. Its aim is to achieve an optimal quality of life.
Цель обзорной статьи - представить современный взгляд на этиологию, патогенез, диагностику и лечение функциональных гастродуоденальных расстройств с учетом принципов, сформулированных Римским консенсусом IV (2016). Выводы. Процесс диагностики и лечения функциональных гастродуоденальных расстройств состоит из различных стадий, является достаточно затратным и требует вовлечения врачей различных специальностей. Выполнение каждого этапа диагностики и лечения должно быть обоснованным и ориентированным на пациента. Терапия функциональных гастродуоденальных расстройств, целью которой является достижение оптимального качества жизни, длительна и требует значительных усилий как врача, так и больного.
