Afong with classic risk factors the special atte^ton is given to 1ipoprotein (a) [LP (a)] as the most aggressive factor of cardwvascular system atherosclerotic diseases devetopment and their comp1ications. Great importance is attached to 1ipidopheresis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзорной статье отражены проблемы остаточного (резидуального) риска развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений (ССО) при проведении адекватной липидкорригирующей фармакотерапии у пациентов высокого и очень высокого риска, несмотря на достижение целевого уровня ХС ЛНП. Наряду с классическими факторами риска особое внимание уделено липопротеину (а) [ЛП (а)] как наиболее агрессивному фактору развития атеросклеротических заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы и их осложнений.
