Their height and body weight were measured, and buccal samples were taken to genotype lactase activity (determining the C/T-13910 variant).</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> In girls born and living in Samara, the frequency of allele 13910-T was 48.6%. The СС genotype was detected in 51.4%, the СT genotype in 37.9% and the TT genotype in 10.7%. There was no statistically significant relationship between genotype and body weight and height, but all children with the TT genotype had a height of more than 25 percentiles, the vast majority of overweight and obese girls (91%) had the СС genotype or the СT genotype.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель</bold> – оценить распространенность полиморфизма C/T-13910 гена лактазы в популяции детей г. Самары и выявить взаимосвязь с ростом, массой тела и индексом массы тела.</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы.</bold> В исследование были включены 103 девочки в возрасте 3–6 лет. У них измеряли рост и массу тела, а также брали буккальные образцы для генотипирования активности лактазы (определения варианта C/T-13910).</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> У девочек, рожденных и проживающих в г. Самаре, частота аллеля 13910-Т составила 48,6%. Генотип СС выявлен у 51,4%, генотип СТ – у 37,9% и генотип ТТ – у 10,7%.
