Furthermore the basis of these changes is the natural physiological process of morphofunctional remodeling of the human body in general and of the central nervous system in particular. As a result, the elderly and senium people have cognitive decline, and in the presence of provoking medical and social factors and comorbid diseases they may have transient cognitive dysfunction.</p>
Вследствие этого у лиц пожилого и старческого возраста наблюдается когнитивное снижение, а при наличии провоцирующих медико-социальных факторов и коморбидных заболеваний может отмечаться транзиторная когнитивная дисфункция.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cognitive involutive function</kwd><kwd>cognitive decline and dysfunction</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>когнитивная инволютивная функция</kwd><kwd>когнитивное снижение и дисфункция</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Zakharov BB, Yakhno HH.
