It is noted that mild cognitive impairment is predominantly neurodynamic in nature, but over time it can transform into a syndrome of moderate cognitive impairment, which, sometimes, is a precursor of dementia. Special attention is given to the clinical manifestations of mild and moderate cognitive impairment, diagnostic criteria, the course of the disease, and its medical and social impact.</p>
Представлены особенности клинических проявлений легких и умеренных когнитивных нарушений, варианты течения, критерии их диагностики и медико-социальная значимость.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cognitive involutive function</kwd><kwd>mild and moderate cognitive impairment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>когнитивная инволютивная функция</kwd><kwd>легкие и умеренные когнитивные нарушения</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Yahno NN.
