Statistical, analytical and sociological research methods were used in data collection and processing.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> The vast majority of patients (96.0%) expected the inpatient care for two weeks. On average, 55–60% of respondents were fully informed and 25–30% were partially informed about various aspects of their state of health at different stages of planned hospitalization.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> The majority of patients (76.3%) were completely satisfied with the inpatient treatment, 21.8% were partially satisfied and less than 2% were not satisfied with the treatment. From the point of view of the respondents, the important parameters of the provision of inpatient care were: staff qualification, anesthesia, absence of complications, recovery, diagnosis accuracy, etc.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель </bold>–изучить мнения пациентов об организации плановой госпитализации в городской многопрофильной больнице.</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы.</bold> Проведено анонимное анкетирование 320 пациентов, находящихся на плановой госпитализации в городской больнице №1 г. Самары, по специально разработанной программе. Использованы статистический, аналитический и социологический методы исследования.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Подавляющее большинство пациентов (96,0%) ожидали оказания стационарной медицинской помощи в течение двух недель включительно. В среднем 55–60% респондентов полностью и 25–30% частично были информированы о различных аспектах своего состояния здоровья на разных этапах плановой госпитализации.</p> <p><bold>Выводы. </bold>Значительное большинство пациентов (76,3%) полностью удовлетворено стационарным лечением, еще 21,8% удовлетворены лечением частично и менее 2% – не удовлетворены.
