It takes into account a hierarchical sequence of hematoma characteristics: the presence and severity of organization; the genesis of encapsulation and resorption, and the mechanism of organization.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> The developed pathomorphological classification is recommended for use in the course of forensic or medical expert analysis of subdural hematomas.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель</bold> – разработка патоморфологической классификации субдуральных гематом, отражающей значимые для судебно-медицинского анализа аспекты их патогенеза и давности возникновения.</p> <p><bold>Материал и методы.</bold> Проведен проспективный патоморфологический анализ качественной эволюции 200 субдуральных гематом при закрытой и открытой непроникающей черепно-мозговой травме.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Разработана новая патоморфологическая классификация субдуральных гематом, основанная на иерархической последовательности характеристик: наличие и выраженность организации; генез инкапсуляции и резорбции, механизм организации.</p> <p><bold>Выводы. </bold>Новая патоморфологическая классификация рекомендуется для использования в ходе судебно-медицинского или иного медико-экспертного анализа субдуральных гематом.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>subdural hematomas</kwd><kwd>pathomorphology</kwd><kwd>classification</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>субдуральные гематомы</kwd><kwd>патоморфология</kwd><kwd>классификация</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Nedugov GV.
